Non GamStop Guide UK Your guide to casinos not on GamStop

Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Non GamStop Guide UK at shockcone.co.uk. By reading or linking to any page here, you accept them. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the site.

What This Site Is

This is an information resource. It explains how casinos operating outside the GamStop scheme differ from UK Gambling Commission licensees. It covers licensing jurisdictions, payment methods, bonus wagering and withdrawal limits. Nothing here is financial, legal or gambling advice. Nothing here is an invitation to place a bet.

Eligibility

  • You must be 18 or over to use this site.
  • Do not use this site to get around a self-exclusion you have chosen. That includes GamStop or an exclusion arranged with your bank.
  • You are responsible for checking whether online gambling is lawful where you live.

Accuracy and Third-Party Operators

Operator details can change without notice, including bonus terms, licences, deposit caps and verification rules. Pages are updated when changes come to light, but accuracy at any given moment is not guaranteed. Always read the casino's own terms before you deposit.

The casinos discussed are independent businesses. Many hold licences from regulators such as Curaçao, rather than from the UKGC. This means UK dispute services and UK player protections may not apply to them.

Affiliate Links

Some outbound links may earn a commission if you register with an operator. This does not change the cost to you. It does not override the factual basis of the content.

Intellectual Property

Text, layout and graphics belong to Non GamStop Guide UK unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with a credit and a link back. Copying whole pages is not permitted.

Liability

To the extent permitted by UK law, the site accepts no liability for losses linked to gambling or to decisions made by third-party operators. This includes withheld winnings and account closures.

Changes

These terms may be revised at any time. Your continued use of the site after a revision means you accept the updated version.
